Listen in for:

► Why an individualized approach to health and wellness is so important

► Why oats are so nourishing from a Chinese medicine perspective

► Who can especially benefit from working with oats?

► How practicing the back body concept can help us stay grounded

It was a delight to speak with Sharon and I’m excited to share our conversation with you!

It's really important to remember why we're depleted… just recognizing our role in how we're feeling at that time, and just taking the opportunity to listen. Even in these small moments, pouring yourself a cup of oatstraw [infusion] and offering it to yourself is an incredibly powerful gesture that can create a cascade of events leading to more nourishment in your life… This is powerful medicine and a gift to yourself.
